1、中文教育网服务条款的确认和接纳（Acceptance of Terms）

　　中文教育网的各项网络服务的所有权、运作权、解释权归中文教育网(www.estudychinese.com)。中文教育网提供的服务将完全按照其发布的章程、服务条款和操作规则严格执行。您必须完全同意所有服务条款并完成注册（报名）程序。
　　This web site located at www.estudychinese.com (this "Site") is provided by Bejing Champion Tech Co., Ltd., Unless otherwise noted, all Content is subject to intellectual property rights including copyrights, operational rights and explainer rights held or licensed by this Site, conditional on your acceptance of the terms and conditions of use set forth below (the "Terms and Conditions"). By browsing, accessing, linking, using and/or downloading information ("Access" or similar term) from this Site, you agree to accept and abide by these Terms and Conditions for each use and each visit of this Site. 　　（2）不断更新注册（报名）资料，符合及时、详尽、准确的要求。中文教育网不公开学员的姓名、地址、电子邮箱和笔名，除以下情况外：
　　1)学员授权中文教育网透露这些信息。
　　2)相应的法律及程序要求中文教育网提供学员的个人资料。如果学员提供的资料包含有不正确的信息，中文教育网保留结束学员使用网络服务资格的权利。
　　Based on the importance of web-content services, the student needs to agree with:
　　(1) providing true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Service's registration form
　　(2) maintaining and promptly updating the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. www.estudychinese.com will not disclose the name, address, e-maill and pseudonym of the student, except for following situations:
　　1) The student grants this Site the right to reveal the personal information
　　2) Under the enforcement of law and order to provide the student’s personal profile. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or www.estudychinese.com has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, www.estudychinese.com has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service.

3、服务条款的修改和服务修订（Modification and Revision of the Service）

　　中文教育网有权在必要时修改服务条款，中文教育网服务条款一旦发生变动，将会在重要页面上提示修改内容。如果学员继续享用网络服务，则视为接受服务条款的变动。
　　Estudychinese.com reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with a notice on the homepage. Your continued use of Estudychinese.com after changes are posted means you agree to be legally bound by these terms as updated and/or amended.

4、学员的账号，密码和安全性（Account, Password and Security）

　　学员一旦注册（报名）成功，成为中文教育网的合法学员，将得到一个密码和学员代码。学员将对学员代码和密码安全负全部责任。另外，每个学员都要对以其学员代码进行的所有活动和事件负全责。
　　You will receive a password and account designation upon completing the Service's registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account.

5、对学员信息的存储和限制（Data Storage and Confinement）

　　中文教育网不对学员所发布信息的删除或储存失败负责。中文教育网有判定学员的行为是否符合中文教育网服务条款的要求和精神的保留权利，如果学员违背了服务条款的规定，中文教育网有中断对其提供网络服务的权利。
　　Under no circumstances will www.estudychinese.com be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any Content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via the Service. The Site holds the right to judge and determine if the student’s conduct has obeyed the terms of services, and www.estudychinese.com has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service.

6、学员管理（Member Conduct）

　　严禁发表、散布、传播任何反动、色情及违反国家安全、扰乱社会秩序等有害信息，学员需对自己在网上的行为承担法律责任。学员若在中文教育网上散布和传播反动、色情或其他违反国家法律的信息，中文教育网的系统记录将作为学员违反法律的证据。
　　You agree not to use the Service to upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable. You understand that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, or other materials ("Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated. 7、网络服务内容的所有权（Claim of Ownership）

　　中文教育网定义的网络服务内容包括：文字、软件、声音、图片、录像、图表、邮件及广告中的全部内容，中文教育网拥有以上内容的完全版权，严禁任何个人或单位在未经中文教育网许可的情况下对这些内容进行翻版、复制、转载、篡改等一切用于商业活动的行为；中文教育网学员账号只为本网站的个人注册（报名）用户本人所专有，严禁一个账号多人使用，如若发现上述情况，中文教育网将有权停止其账号使用，并没收其非法所得，并根据情节的严重程度对其实行相应罚款或述诸法律。
　　Content provided by www.estudychinese.com includes text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, e-mails and full content of advertisements. All Content is subject to intellectual property rights including copyrights and trade marks held or licensed by www.estudychinese.com. Without our formal permission on written, you are strictly prohibited to reproduce, copy, quote or modify any content for commercial use. Except as expressly provided herein, no license to use or reproduce the Content is given to you and all intellectual property rights therein are expressly reserved. Student’s Account is proprietary and it is prohibited for an account holder to share his/her account with anyone other than the account holder. www.estudychinese.com has the right to terminate the account and seize the illegal profits in the case of an account holder breaking the terms. Penalty and appeal will be applied according to the severity of the case.

8、换课、退课（Course Change/Refund）

　　凡交费学员自交费之日起七日内可以退课、换课。
　　You can change courses or ask for refund within seven days after payment.

9、开始/结束服务（Commencement/ Termination of Services）

　　学员付费经公司确认后，开通相应的服务权限（服务权限是指学员享受所购买服务的资格）。具体服务内容开通的时间和进度以网站的最新公告或课件更新记录为准。
　　The Service commences after Estudychinese.com confirms the payment (the Service herein means the online courses you pay for). The content and schedule of the Service will be referred to the Bulletin Board or the Record of Course Update on the Website.
　　学员或中文教育网可随时根据实际情况中断一项或多项网络服务。中文教育网不需对任何个人或第三方负责而随时中断服务。学员对后来的条款修改有异议，或对中文教育网的服务不满，可以行使如下权利：
　　You may terminate your use of the Service or one of the Service immediately at any time and from time to time, for any reason. We may terminate your use of the Service immediately at any time and from time to time, for any reason without any liability for the benefit of any third party. If you disagree with the modification of the Service, or dissatisfy with the Service provided by Estudychinese.com, you have the right to:
　　(1)停止使用中文教育网的网络服务。
