四川宜宾竹荪
中国西部的四川省宜宾地区,盛产一种珍稀名贵的山珍——竹荪。竹荪外形典雅大方,亭亭玉立,菌身上披有白色的网状物,宛如皇后的华装,所以享有“真菌皇后”的美誉,在国际上有着很高的经济价值。
竹荪又名“竹参”,属真菌类植物。菌体呈笔状,顶部有红色钟状菌盖,表面有恶臭粘液。菌盖下有下垂的白色网状部分。经处理、晒干后有香味。宜宾地区气候温和,雨量充沛,适合菌类植物生长,为竹荪的大面积种植提供了良好的自然条件,现在已发展成为世界上竹荪的主要产地之一。
竹荪质地细腻,味道鲜美,营养丰富,远在其它菌类之上,历来被视为营养丰富的珍馐美肴。根据测定,竹荪的蛋白质含量达20%以上,含有人体所需的八种氨基酸,可消化率高达80%以上,比任何蔬菜都要高。竹荪的烹饪方法很多,其中尤以煮汤最能体现其质嫩味香的特点。
竹荪除食用外,还有着很高的药用价值。根据现代医学研究,竹荪中含有一定量的抗癌物质,具有预防、治疗癌症的功效。此外,它还可以调节人体的新陈代谢,降低血压,减少胆固醇,是不可多得的健康食品。
